Cancellation policy

ROADVANCE PRE-BOOKING TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
(Applies to pre-orders and pre-bookings)

1. WHAT A PRE-BOOKING IS
A pre-booking reserves a unit of a Roadvance product (currently the Roadvance S00-1 and A4 dashcams) before it is available for dispatch. You pay in advance for a product that will ship later. The price, the amount payable now, and the expected dispatch date are shown on the product page.

2. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
- You can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched, for a full refund of everything you paid.
- If we miss the confirmed dispatch date by more than 30 days, you can cancel for a full refund.
- After dispatch, our Refund Policy applies.

3. HOW TO CANCEL
Email support@roadvance.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 92365 69008 with your order number. We confirm your cancellation by email or WhatsApp.

4. REFUNDS
We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 business days of your cancellation request. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 business days to show the credit.

5. PAYMENT
Full payment is taken at the time of booking.

6. DISPATCH DATE AND DELAYS
For the S00-1 and A4 pre-booking, we will confirm your exact dispatch date within 15 days of pre-booking opening. Shipping is expected to start 30 days after pre-booking opens (end of October 2026), in order of booking, with deliveries from the first week of November 2026.
If we are unable to ship on time, we will inform you before the dispatch date and give you a revised date. It is your choice: you can continue to wait, or cancel and get a full refund.

7. IF WE CANNOT DELIVER
If we decide not to launch the product or cannot supply it, we tell you and refund the full amount within 7 business days.

8. PRODUCT CHANGES
Specifications are based on supplier data and our testing of a sample unit. Final units may have small cosmetic or packaging differences. If a specification changes in a way that matters, we tell you and offer a full refund.

9. QUANTITY LIMITS
We may limit the number of units per customer. Any such limit is stated on the product page.
