ROADVANCE TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHO WE ARE
This website, roadvance.com, is operated by Singh Brothers ("Roadvance", "we", "us"), Shop No. 1, Utraula Road, Kalwari, Balrampur Rural, District Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh 271201. GSTIN: 09JIZPS1734R2ZP. Email: support@roadvance.com. Phone/WhatsApp: +91 92365 69008 (Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST).

2. ACCEPTANCE
By using this site or placing an order, including a pre-booking, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 16 years old, or use the site with the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
We work to keep descriptions, specifications, images and prices accurate. Colours may vary slightly on your screen. If we find an error in a price or specification, we will tell you before dispatch and let you continue or cancel for a full refund.

5. PRICES AND TAXES
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change, but the price of an order we have confirmed will not change.

6. ORDERS
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation by email or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order for stock, pricing or payment reasons. If we do, we refund the full amount paid.

7. PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders (pre-bookings) are also governed by our Pre-Booking Terms.

8. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

9. SHIPPING AND REFUNDS
These are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy.

10. WARRANTY
Each Roadvance dashcam carries a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Pre-booking orders of the Roadvance S00-1 and A4 get an extra 6 months, for 18 months in total. The warranty does not cover physical or water damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, use of memory cards that do not meet the listed specifications, or normal wear and tear. To claim, email support@roadvance.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 92365 69008 with your order number, a short description, and a photo or video of the issue. If the claim is valid, we will repair or replace the product, and Roadvance will pay the return shipping.

11. SAFE AND LAWFUL USE
A dashcam is a recording device, not a substitute for careful driving. Mount it so it does not block your view of the road. Follow local laws on video and audio recording. You are responsible for how you use your recordings.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, images, videos and logos, belongs to Roadvance or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse it without written permission.

14. GRIEVANCE OFFICER
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer is Aditya Pratap Singh, email help@roadvance.com, phone +91 92365 69008. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer law.

16. CHANGES
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Orders already placed remain governed by the Terms in force when the order was placed.
