When will my pre-booked dashcam arrive?

We will confirm your exact dispatch date within 15 days of pre-booking opening. Shipping starts at the end of October, and deliveries are expected from the first week of November 2026.

How do I get the pre-booking price?

Use code PREBOOKA4 for the A4 or PREBOOKS001 for the S00-1 at checkout. Both bring the price to ₹11,500. Pre-booking orders also get an extra 6 months warranty and a free parking tag, and the first 100 orders get a free hardwire kit.

What if shipping is delayed? Can I cancel?

Which app does the dashcam use?

The Roadvance app (Made in India). Download it free on Google Play or the App Store. It gives you live view, clip downloads without mobile data, settings, firmware updates and the Roadvance Community forum.

Which memory card should I use?

Use a high-performance microSD card, Class 10 or above (U3 recommended for 4K), from 32GB up to 512GB. A memory card is not included in the box.

What is the Roadvance Community?

How do I install it?

Plug it into your car's power socket and route the cable along the headliner and A-pillar. It takes a few minutes. For 24-hour parking mode, use a hardwire kit.
